Anxiety disorders can develop or worsen with people who are not able to sleep properly. There would be too much impact to the body when stress remains that can impact the body.
When a person’s mental health deteriorates, it can also reflect in the body. Bad mental health can cause people to avoid eating or sleeping. People may become sicker than they are. Too much thinking can cause much anxiety and impacts the health.
While there are plenty of information about maintaining public health, not much has been done by people to help themselves or other people.
